Legends League Cricket 2022 Scorecard – Virender Sehwag, Gautam Gambhir, Irfan Pathan and Harbhajan Singh are the four captains of the four teams that will compete in Season 2 of Legends League Cricket.
The second season of Legends League Cricket will feature four teams. Aimed exclusively at retired cricketers, the tournament features 16 matches across six cities. The opening match of the T20 tournament will be played at Gardens of Eden in Kolkata. After that, the action will move to Lucknow, New Delhi, Cuttack and Jodhpur.

As the drafting of players for the season is ongoing, it has been reported that each team will have 18-25 players with a minimum of 6 Indian players in each squad. While Virender Sehwag has been named captain of the Gujarat Giants, Gautam Gambhir will lead the Indian Capitals. Irfan Pathan has been appointed skipper of Bhilwara Kings, while Harbhajan Singh will captain the Manipal Tigers team.

The iconic Eden Gardens in Kolkata will host the first match of the second edition of Legends League Cricket (LLC) on September 15, the organizers announced on Friday.
The game between the India Maharajas and the World Giants will mark the 75th anniversary of India’s independence.

“It is a proud moment for us as we celebrate the 75th anniversary of our independence. As a proud Indian, it gives me immense satisfaction to share that we have decided to dedicate this year’s competition to the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the independence.”, Commissioner Ravi Shastri, LLC said in a statement.
The Indian Maharajas will be led by former India captain and BCCI chairman, Sourav Ganguly, while the World Giants will be led by England’s 2019 World Cup winning captain, Eoin Morgan.
The second edition of the LLC will begin a day after the special game, which begins September 16, in which four teams will compete in a format based on the franchise. In a period of 22 days, a total of 15 matches will be played this season.
