Hong Kong is also a major shopping destination, famed for bespoke tailors and Temple Street Night Market.Rest of your day is at leisure to enjoy your hotel and new surroundings.Enjoy a fine Cantonese dinner at a Michelin 3 Stars restaurant at your choice, either at T’ang Court and Lung King Heen.

The beauty of dim sum is the skill of the chef and also the combination of the ingredients you offer. This morning enjoy a dim sum cooking class. Our chef will unveil the secret recipe and guide you to create one for yourself. Blend culinary skills with imagination to make classic dim sum in the form of different animals. Enjoy your hands- on experience and the dim sum you made in the class.Rest of the afternoon at leisureThis evening start a walking tour with an ancient Chinese Folk Ritual experience known as “Villain Hitting”. Take a tram ride to a typhoon shelter and feast on Typhoon Shelter Crab on a moored sampan.

This morning at leisure and lunch will be on your own. In the afternoon, start a walking tour of Central and beyond. Board a tram in Central and head down to the western side of Hong Kong Island. The tour takes you into a different world past dried seafood shops which Chinese used for cooking, herbalists as medicine and a local market. To get an authentic feel of life in Hong Kong, we will visit a Cha Chaan Teng (Hong Kong Style Cafe) for a taste of a local pastry and milk tea that are well-loved by the locals. Along the walking tour, will also sample some other local street food/snacks/drinks.

Enjoy your final breakfast at the hotel before your check out for a transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
